Hopefully you all recently received a letter from me that had Back-to-School info. Just in case you didn't receive a letter, here's a new one to get you ready for the upcoming school year!
Welcome
Back
I
hope you all had a fun-filled summer full of adventure and of course, that
extra 20-30 minutes of time I suggested for studies to keep your mind and
skills sharp! I also hope you made lots of new memories and rested up for the
fabulous year to come! I’ve been busy this summer (and still am) getting our
new classroom ready, and I’m excited for you to see it. I’ve also taken the
time to study up on our 5th grade curriculum and I can tell you that
this year is going to be a fun year full of lots of interesting things to
learn, cool field trips, grade-level activities, new friends to make, and
rewards for all your hard work!
Please bring your parents
to Back-to-School Night on August 8th at 5:30pm. We’re
in class B-2—that’s the first
classroom on the right (also the red painted section) as you head west down
Rainbow Hall.
Let
me remind you of the items you should purchase
and label with your name so
you’ll be prepared for the amazing year to come…
